Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Swedish Massage

During your deep Swedish Massage, I'll use forearms, soft fists, compression and stretching.  It is a very relaxing yet therapeutic style of bodywork. Customized Facial Treatment

A facial treatment that's as unique as you are, to help address your skin issues and concerns, customized for your specific skin type. 

All treatments will start out with a serene low light setting, the scent of palo santo in the air, a warm table with comfy linens on a memory foam topper.  

Booking the 45min facial will include extractions and decongestion.  

Booking the 60min facial will include extractions, decongestion, neck, shoulder and scalp massage.

Pamper Me Please Facial Treatment

An ultimate blissful facial treatment for all the senses.  So, we can create a customized session just for you, we'll start with a conversation, this will allow me to create a one-of-a-kind experience.  

Once your comfy, well start with some deep breathing using your choice of essential oils.  To assist your parasympathetic nervous system, I'll then play my singing bowl or rain stick, your choice.

This pamper session will also include a unique HydroJelly mask, a paraffin hand dip (for dry cracked hands), an under-eye peel (to refresh the under eyes) and your choices of massage for the feet, hand, pectoral, neck, scalp, shoulder or face massage.  

And lastly, improve overall health of the skin I'll finish off your session with my LightStim LED light.

The teen facial for anyone under 17 years of age.  First time clients book the 55min option!

This facial will include a complete analysis of the skin, double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions and sunscreen.  

At the conclusion a through conversation about your skin type, how to utilize skincare products and advice on personal habits that may be causing the skin concerns.  

Blissful Back Treatment

A relaxing 50min facial for your back!  Does your back have acne?  Acne scars?  Dry or itchy skin?  Or maybe you just need a different type of self-care session.  Your back treatment will start off with the scent of essential oils for relaxation, a euphoric dry brushing, hot steaming towels, double cleanse, an exfoliation (may be chemical or physical), blackhead extractions, back mask, high frequency wand, targeted treatments, scalp massage or scalp brushing.  

Ingrown Hair Treatment

A facial for your genital area, underarm area or anywhere you get ingrown hairs. Completed in a series of 6-8 sessions this service will help clear up ingrown hairs, ingrown hair scars, congestion & blackheads
